Returns

If for any reason you're not completely in love with your Muse & Pebble piece, we're here to help. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@museandpebble.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the simple steps.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Repairs – On Us

We believe in the quality and craftsmanship of every Muse & Pebble design. If your piece needs a little TLC, we offer a free repair service because we want your jewellery to be loved and worn for years to come.

Whether it’s a loose clasp, broken chain, or a lost jump ring, we’ve got you. And the best part? We cover the postage both ways—because taking care of your piece should be easy.
